If an American holiday is coming up (ie: Valentine's day, St. Patty's day, Easter, 4th of July, Halloween, etc.) and you see random little kid gifts (like pencils, plastic rings, holiday candy, anything from the Target One section)...my small kids in English clubs absolutely love these things. One of the things I teach in Ukraine is American holidays and traditions...and I always dedicate at least one or two English club meetings to that holiday. Having a small treat to give the little kids brings so much joy to their faces.
I look like a pig for all of the food that I just wrote. Totally fine with that... :) thank you in advance!!!!
