After work yesterday, I went by the post office with hopes of finding something waiting for me. What I found was a surprise package from my parents that included some Valentine's Day goodies for my kiddos!!!
My kids will sport some Snoopy and friends Valentine's Day cards...
And because no Valentine's Day celebration is complete without these guys: conversation hearts
There were a few other treats in my package...including some pretzel M&Ms (which may or may not already be gone...). AND, some unprepared popcorn!! I'm excited to try making it on my stove :)
Thank you Mom and Pops for the lovely surprise! I was hoping that my kids might get some American treats for V-day! Happy Thursday!

In the dark ages, before you were born and when we had no microwave, the only way we had popcorn at home was to pop it on the stove in hot oil. It was very yummy, and Mom could make a seemingly huge amount in the well used small pot that was dedicated to making popcorn. Now I usually pop mine in a hot air popper, but maybe I'll make some on the stove for fun sometime.
